Summer program that introduces high school students from acroos the US to college life, teamwork, and fundamentals in four growing areas of business.

Students used the Career Map to develop a career plan and action items toward success.

Counselors used the career map to guide in-depth career conversations designed to create a custom approach for each student.

Assessments helped students identify strengths and weaknesses. This insight helps to inform decisions towards career preparation.

Introduced entreprneurship concepts to drive conversations towards the future.

Ongoing engagment with virtual reality lessons.
